Job Description
This position is on-site at the Tulsa, Ok Bus assembly plant.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Build Readiness reviews w/ owners (e.g. 15 panel, Mfg. Readiness metrics)
- Calibrate Program Team and TBP on Mfg. deliverables
- Define Workstation Readiness requirements
- Work with AME integrator to coordinate build activity and status reporting
- Coordinate virtual builds and confirm success
- Plan all aspects of builds and ensure proper resources are assigned and available
- Track and coordinate location of builds and resources
- Publish “night letters” during builds
- Organize and facilitate start-up and wrap-up meetings daily during Build Events
Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in similar position for vehicle assembly plant.
