Responsible for working directly with the Clinic Supervisors and Onsite and Wellness Supervisor to provide onsite clinical and wellness services. Must be organized, able to plan and implement an on-site program. Able to work with high volume, fast pace and work independently at employer worksite(s). Able to deliver other onsite services such as vision and hearing testing, TB testing and other immunizations, phlebotomy, education, training, etc. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background. Job Description: Administer on-site clinical and wellness services to clients of BHC utilizing the nursing process and provide patient care and information to patients regarding vaccines. Collect appropriate information from patients regarding allergies. Communicate with coordinator regarding scheduled sites, times and pertinent information for billing purposes. Responsible for acquiring supplies, vaccines and information from each site for Coordinator at BHC. The associate must successfully complete an orientation process that identifies skills Needed to practice in his/her job assignment or position. Skill requirements must be Met and maintained to insure competency. This is achieved through an annual review Of those particular skills and a work improvement plan for any non-compliant areas Performs other duties as assigned. Education, Credentials, Licenses: Graduate of accredited school of nursing Valid drivers’ license or dependable transportation Current licensure in state where work is being performed or license eligible and willing to obtain Bi-annual CEUs including all state required courses Annual skills checks for all services provided Specialized Knowledge: Current CPR certification. Basic computer skills/ability and comfort with computers and scanners Ability and skills to draw blood, Problem solving skills Basic knowledge of nursing theory, procedures Kind and Length of Experience: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Right Career.
