SEI Investments Developments is committed to providing exceptional accounting services to its clients. As a Fund Accounting Director, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Alternative Investment Funds team.
Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of professionals, overseeing the development and implementation of procedures for maintaining and enhancing client service and quality, and formulating and implementing operations policies and procedures to facilitate processes according to corporate standards.
You will work closely with senior operations officers, fund accounting and administration directors, and other unit personnel to ensure seamless coordination and execution of high-quality services. Additionally, you will participate in regular senior management meetings and initiatives to drive departmental vision, goals, and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong track record of successfully managing operational teams or departments, proven ability to initiate process changes to improve service to clients and operational efficiency, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
