In order to support the operations and oversight of our global investment programs SEI has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, results-oriented, Portfolio Implementation Analyst in the Investment Operations & Technology team in Oaks. The Investment Operations & Technology Team is an innovative and energetic team within the Investment Management Unit that is focused on building, maintaining and supporting investment products for SEI’s global asset management business. These products make up the core components of SEI’s investment management offerings and support SEI’s diverse client base which ranges from high net worth individuals to large institutions, endowments and foundations.

What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day activities related to cash management, cash equitization and instructing sub-advisor trading including coordination with portfolio managers, sub-advisors, custodians, fund accounting and brokers.
- Coordinate across internal and external teams to move cash, invest in futures and instruct sub-advisors to invest or raise cash. There is regular communication between the operational teams, portfolio managers, custodians, sub-advisors and brokers.
- Trade U.S. and International index futures, currency futures, spot fx, currency forwards and mutual funds
- Trade mutual funds inside of Fund of Fund products
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage cash flows resulting from Institutional and Advisor client conversions, de-conversions, model changes and periodic rebalancing
- Assist in the process to continually enhance our core system that supports cash equitization, cash management and fund of fund trading.
- Coordinate the process to facilitate model changes and establish new models across SEI’s product offerings globally. Coordination consists of planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing the projects. While managing these activities this individual will collaborate with numerous internal and external teams to execute model changes and establish new models.
- Currency hedging program oversight, including coordinating with third party vendors, facilitating global benchmark changes, monitoring roll processes and reviewing best execution reporting.
- BS/BA in in Finance, Accounting, Economics, STEM or the equivalent in work experience
- One to three years of financial services experience. Prefer investment accounting and trading. Product development / management a plus
- Experience with BlackRock, Neovest, and Excel preferred
- Strong understanding of investments including equity, fixed income and alternative asset classes
- Strong understanding mutual fund operations
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
