What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Services Solutions Manager (Hybrid) position at SEI?
SEI is seeking an experienced leader for the role of a Professional Services Product Solution Manager within the Private Banking Group. This individual should have expertise in the systems integration domain with experience in API's, Dev Portal, Apigee, and cloud integration technologies like Azure Integration Services. In this role you will have direct responsibility for guiding the strategic development of these integration patterns. You will be the subject matter expert in both design and product support activities to optimize the business workflow via an API integration. Additionally, this role will also provide subject matter expertise to any new business opportunities within Private Banking's Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will have a "how can I help?" mindset to effectively partner with technology teams, sales, and relationship management.
What you will do:
- Work within the defined responsibilities of the Scaled Agile Framework and participate in all phases of the SEI Wealth Platform development lifecycle.
- Work closely with design and development teams to align with the product vision. Your skills will be essential in defining high-level business requirements and supporting technological delivery.
- Develop and sustain a comprehension of both current and evolving principles of technical architectures.
- Stay informed about your product's market, its value proposition, and how it fits and interacts within the broader service bundle and platform.
- Interact and collaborate with the user community of your products at SEI and among clients.
- Influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders based on product capabilities and product needs.
- Oversee the product roadmap, inclusive of strategic product initiatives, client development, and maintenance work.
- Participate in user acceptance testing of the Product.
- Responsible for understanding and articulating product cost drivers.
Additionally, you will participate in new business opportunities within Private Banking's Professional Services team and perform the following:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Partner with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to professional services delivery team.
- Articulate and participate in client meetings, pitches, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in a product role, preferably with Systems Integration experience in API's, Dev Portal, Apigee, Cloud integration technologies like Azure Integration Services.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
