What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst II (Hybrid) position at SEI1GLOBAL?
The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Solutions team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional accounting and administration servicing for our clients’ assigned alternative investment funds. As a business analyst, you will serve as a dedicated resource to the alternative investment fund services department to assist with internal and external client solutions/product based support.
What you will do:
As an analyst, you will be the liaison between Operations, Solutions, Product and Development teams, working closely to identify, develop, and implement product and technology based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and mitigate operational risk.
You’ll be documenting and implementing business and functional product requirements.
You will be responsible for building, in collaboration with others, project plans and for driving a project plan forward to completion by collaborating with other, executing tasks and removing any hurdles that arise.
You will be asked to educate the operations teams on our products/solutions.
You will be expected to maintain a general understanding of our various businesses, client businesses and financial services generally.
You will work across multiple product teams to drive initiatives forward, giving you variety and exposure to multiple products, users and projects.

What we need from you:
BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
Experience with alternative investment systems; Geneva is preferred.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers.
