Automotive Detail Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Detail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a love for a clean car, and at least 1 year of experience at a dealership. As an Automotive Detail Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of of tasks to make sure every car is displayed within company standards.

Duties

• Perform high quality exterior and interior detailing on a variety of vehicles.
• Clean, polish, and recondition the exterior and interior of used vehicles.
• Operate a steam extractor for the interior.
• Operate a buffer to compound the exterior.
• Clay bar finish where appropriate.
• Wet sand as needed, including headlights.
• Light paint hand touch-up.
• Undercoating when necessary.
• Light mechanical add-ons, such as bed liners, wheel simulators, stripes, bug shields, etc.
• Deep clean interiors, including carpets, upholstery, and dashboards.
• Wash, dry and wax vehicles to a showroom finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Experience
• Previous experience as an Automotive Detail Technician required.
• Proven ability to perform both exterior and interior detailing to a high standard.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
