support in the installation and configuration of the SAP system during the implementation process, as well provide system support to our existing customers.

About The Role
The primary focus of the SAP Business One Technical Consultant at SEIDOR North America is to
support in the installation and configuration of the SAP system during the implementation process, as well provide system support to our existing customers.
Primary Responsibilities
Project Implementation
- Document project stages: Identification, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure
- Provide training to end users on SAP Business One functionality and related solutions.
- Identifies client needs, gathers relevant information and data.
- Installs, configures, and updates SAP modules.
- Conducts pilot tests before, during, and after requirements.
- Verifies module implementation.
- Participates in Project Roadmap Meetings with the client and delivery team.
- Receive, analyze, and resolve all technical support issues presented by clients through the SAP Business One Support Portal, such as: poor connection to SAP, fixing reports, and malfunctioning programs.
- Develops and maintains an updated knowledge base of client issues related to SAP.
- Follow up on all open support cases.
- Provide weekly status updates to the client and supervisor on unresolved cases.
