Seis Kitchen is a growing local business that began as a food truck in 2012 and now operates three fast-casual dining restaurants. General Managers oversee all front & back of house staff to ensure shift to shift operations run successfully. We understand how important it is to balance work-life and personal-life so we are closed major holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Our managers work 40 hours per week. Free meals and discounts are available to all employees every day. We look forward to development and promoting from within the company as we expand. We offer flexible schedules with two weeks paid time off each year to all managers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: building strong relationships, anticipating needs, leading by example, promoting a strong work ethic, cash handling & monetary reports, answering phone calls, serving food, order taking, enforcing food safety, delegating tasks, managing labor, increasing sales, assisting in training & development, tracking inventory & ordering supplies, problem solving & critical thinking, and strong verbal/written communication.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
