What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at SEIZE THE BAGEL?
The BAGEL CREW needs:
- MANAGER
- KITCHEN MANAGER
- ASSISTANT MANAGER OR ASSISTANT KM
- SUPERVISOR
We are fully staffed and currently looking for great leadership to take us to the next opportunity.
What we offer:
- 40 hour week - can be 4 - 10's for the right candidate
- NO EVENINGS - we close at 4 PM, out by 5
- NO OT
- Fully staffed stores, operating four stores under a ONE team concept

Compensation Disclosure:
- includes a BASE rate of 15.75 to 17.50, (DOE) plus TIPS (SERVICE POOL)
- SERVICE POOL (TIPS), are shared by all service staff, prorated by experience, cross training, and position
- OUR Crew appreciates the generosity of our guests, as the typical Crew member, post training, can earn between 1.00 and 5.00 per hour of the SERVICE POOL
