Position Details:
- Position Title – Facilities Operations Specialist
- Hours – 40 hours per week
- General Location – Anderson, SC
- Compensation – $16.00 per hour
- Facility Location: Anderson, SC
- Facility type: Industrial Buildings
- Shift: Tuesday-Saturday Flexible 10:00am-7:00pm
General Duties:
- Pressure washing (training provided)
- Pallet Removal
- Floor maintenance (training provided)
- Glass Cleaning / Dusting
- Employee Training
- Inventory Management – Conducting Weekly/Monthly Inventories, alerting AM when needing inventory
- Porter Coverage: Fill in when employees cannot make it to work by performing duties such as Vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, trash disposal, emergency requests, and many other miscellaneous cleaning duties.
- Standing, Walking, and Bending will be required for all job duties for the entire shift.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, customer service-oriented, friendly, professional, and a team player.
Requirements:
- Personal cell phone
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check. We background check ALL potential employees.
- Lift 35 lbs., carry full trash bags, operate, and lift janitorial equipment, lift, and stock janitorial supplies.
- Speak, read, and write English
- Drug Test - Required
