Job / Position: Perform maintenance and repair jobs in and around our manufacturing facilities and office spaces, including restroom plumbing, equipment repair, office furniture installation, and general facility upkeep.

Department: HR/General Affairs/Safety

Pay Rate: Base Rate - $20.00/hr.

Shift Hours: 7AM – 5PM

Minimum Requirements:

 Proven experience in Painting, Plumbing (including restroom repairs), Construction/Carpentry, Landscaping, and Forklift operation.

 Strong knowledge of Safety regulations, codes, and standards.

 communicate verbally and written in a professional manner.

 Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.

 Flexibility to work overtime (OT) as needed.

 Proficiency with hand tools and electronic devices.

 Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.

Job Description:

 Perform repairs and maintenance of manufacturing facilities and office spaces, including but not limited to:

• Restroom plumbing and equipment repairs.
• Installation and assembly of office furniture and supplies.
• General upkeep tasks (e.g., painting, minor construction).

 Ensure regular inspection and maintenance of facilities

 Collaborate with contractors for larger projects, acting as the on-site coordinator

 Follow directions provided by the Safety or HR Department to schedule and execute tasks.

 Proactively identify potential safety hazards and maintenance needs and communicate them to the appropriate department.
