E., Saint Paul, MN 55119 (Ramsey)JOB DUTIES : Responsible for teaching middle and high school mathematics and developing and maintaining long range and daily instructional plans based on Sejong Academy’s curricula that fosters thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving while providing highly effective and high-quality instruction. Specific duties will be to : (1) provide effective, developmentally appropriate and differentiated instruction for diverse learners and with all grade levels; (2) regularly assess student learning ofsubject content and language using multiple forms of assessment; (3) promote cooperation, assertion, responsibility, empathy and self-control among students, as well as conflict resolution strategies; (4) collaborate with peers to develop and implement best practices based on the student’s needs and abilities; (5) collaborate and communicate regularly with families in making educational decisions; and (6) attend staff meetings and serve on staff committees as required.
