SEK-CAP is looking for a caring and motivated Assistant Teacher to join our 3–5-year-old preschool classroom in Iola!

What You'll Do:
- Support classroom learning using fun, engaging curriculum (Frog Street, Second Step, PBS)
- Partner with the Lead Teacher to provide individual attention and track development
- Help create a warm, safe, and inclusive learning space
- Assist with family engagement, health coordination, and bus monitoring
What You Need:
- CDA or Associate’s in Early Childhood or related field.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood or related field preferred
- Experience working with young children is a plus
- Ability to pass background checks and physical requirements

Pay: $14.93 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
