This role plays a vital part in streamlining financial reporting, improving cost analysis, and supporting strategic decisions across operations, finance, and executive teams.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead cost analysis, variance tracking, and financial reporting with actionable insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial tools, processes, and automation.
- Prepare and present monthly and weekly cost review reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting and analysis.
- Support implementation and usage of Epicor FP&A for enhanced financial data management.
- Ensure accuracy of operational data related to production demand, procurement, and inventory.
- Champion collaboration across Finance, Operations, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas).
- ERP experience (preferably Epicor).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and financial automation projects.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data across teams.
- Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry preferred.
- CPA and/or MBA
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Certifications or training in Epicor ERP or FP&A modules
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Shared workspaces; occasional exposure to noise, contaminants, or hazardous equipment in plant environments.
- Standing/walking for 8–12 hours (depending on role/shift).

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
