Job Description :
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE :
- Track and Trace of all shipments, ensuring all milestones are met within agreed SLAs.
- Work alongside origin and destination offices to resolve any issues that arise.
- Adhere to Client SOPs and Work Flows
- Monitor Compliance
- Build relationships with gateways, operational and warehouse teams to ensure SOP and process flows are followed for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Work alongside gateway teams to establish relationships with airlines handling high volume lanes.
- Travel, as necessary, to meet SEKO offices, customer offices & customers to establish & maintain systems & procedures
- Oversee communications with clients, all communication will flow from client to control tower to internal team members. Identify areas of customers business that require escalation to IT Teams, Internal Operations and to management or account sponsors for resolution or development
- Day to Day operations will operate out of 3 operating systems : SEKO Operational System, SEKO eCommerce Operating System and the Clients Operating system.
- SEKO Operational system will be utilized for shipment creation and invoicing
- SEKO eCommerce Operating System will be the main day to day operating system for the CT; data entry of new shipments, data entry of ATA / ATD, Reviewing and Closing MAWB Manifests and Troubleshooting.
- Client system will be utilized to raise cases for any issues that arise during day to day operations
- Produce Manual Daily Transit Report / Track & Trace Agree and daily volume reports
- Complete daily level delay reports shared by client
- Agree problem escalation process with customer
- Produce / review reports & data
- Participate in Account management reviews and team meetings
- US Branch office liaison relation to Supply chain systems and business process
- Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
