Job Description :
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE :
Researching and qualifying inbound leads to generate MQLs for the Sales Organization - Monitoring inbound leads and distributing to appropriate parties
Meet or exceed response time goals to reply and qualify leads lists per month
Working with the local branches and digital marketing agencies to support the development of updated and targeted keywords to increase relevant inbound leads
Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events
Maintaining and updating all leads / contacts / opportunities and recording all progress in Salesforce
Developing progressively actionable reports and dashboards on Sales and Marketing campaigns in Salesforce
Develop new inbound campaigns including Webinars, Live Chat and new social channels for inbound lead generation focused on relevant campaigns
Create and manage engagement programs to move leads through the sales and marketing funnel
Work closely and collaborate with marketing, sales and client solutions group teams to support growth campaigns
Work closely with Global Marketing Director in creating outbound marketing campaigns
Assist as needed in Tradeshow setup, lead generation and follow up
Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
Other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS :
Demonstrated ability to compose, edit and proofread written documents (routine letters, business correspondence and reports of varying complexity.) Ability to produce error-free documents from rough draft involving a standard business vocabulary, or a limited range of specialized recurrent terminology.
Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, customers, and vendors.
Skilled in the creation of spreadsheets, elaborate reports, charts, graphs, and other word processing documents.
Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills.
Knowledgeable of company policies, practices, and operations.
Ability to supervise and direct the work of support staff.
Flexible, able to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, staff, clients, and potential clients
Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Ability to display a strong sense of urgency and good judgment.
Excellent oral communications skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external resources, gain credibility with senior management, and manage through conflict with a positive, flexible attitude.
Ability to support team members in furthering departmental goals through open and honest communication, promoting team interests over self-interest.
Requires a high degree of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Minimum :
Bachelor's degree or 2 years of lead generation and sales experience
Minimum 2 years related experience
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Expert proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
Preferred :
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education may be substituted for degree.
Minimum five years' industry experience
