Job Description :

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE :

  • Researching and qualifying inbound leads to generate MQLs for the Sales Organization - Monitoring inbound leads and distributing to appropriate parties
  • Meet or exceed response time goals to reply and qualify leads lists per month
  • Working with the local branches and digital marketing agencies to support the development of updated and targeted keywords to increase relevant inbound leads
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events
  • Maintaining and updating all leads / contacts / opportunities and recording all progress in Salesforce
  • Developing progressively actionable reports and dashboards on Sales and Marketing campaigns in Salesforce
  • Develop new inbound campaigns including Webinars, Live Chat and new social channels for inbound lead generation focused on relevant campaigns
  • Create and manage engagement programs to move leads through the sales and marketing funnel
  • Work closely and collaborate with marketing, sales and client solutions group teams to support growth campaigns
  • Work closely with Global Marketing Director in creating outbound marketing campaigns
  • Assist as needed in Tradeshow setup, lead generation and follow up
  • Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Demonstrated ability to compose, edit and proofread written documents (routine letters, business correspondence and reports of varying complexity.) Ability to produce error-free documents from rough draft involving a standard business vocabulary, or a limited range of specialized recurrent terminology.
  • Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Skilled in the creation of spreadsheets, elaborate reports, charts, graphs, and other word processing documents.
  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills.
  • Knowledgeable of company policies, practices, and operations.
  • Ability to supervise and direct the work of support staff.
  • Flexible, able to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, staff, clients, and potential clients
  • Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
  • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Ability to display a strong sense of urgency and good judgment.
  • Excellent oral communications skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external resources, gain credibility with senior management, and manage through conflict with a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Ability to support team members in furthering departmental goals through open and honest communication, promoting team interests over self-interest.
  • Requires a high degree of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

    Minimum :

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of lead generation and sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education may be substituted for degree.
  • Minimum five years' industry experience
