Technology Solutions Director

Job Description :

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE :

• Understand the company direction / vision and align with timelines and goals to accomplish within the same planning.
• Evaluating business requirements and developing technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients, both internal and external.
• Build a strong intake path, including the use of CRM, to ensure the Technology team has a structure to engage.
• Coordination of training clients, internal staff, sales personnel or other parties, via webinar, or occasional on-site, when necessary.
• Document functional specifications and system workflows, including standard operating procedures, as it relates to technology (often in collaboration with other groups).
• Be comfortable performing product demonstration and system training (for Sales, Operations and customers).
• Assist Sales and Operations in assessing scope of work for projects, creating a detailed statement of work, compiling necessary supporting documents references and case studies.
• Work closely with Marketing, as needed, to develop efficient sales tools and support documents
• Write test scenarios based upon product specification and business user interactions, as well as create test scenarios based on the understanding of systems in order for integration testing, new functionality and performance conditions.
• Ability to perform "UAT" (User Acceptance Testing) for all project implementations.
• Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
