Salary :
SeK ON is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Writer to create, edit, and manage technical documentation, including equipment manuals, operating procedures, maintenance guides, and appendices. In this role, you will take ownership of complex documentation projects, mentor junior writers, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver accurate, clear, and user-friendly materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop High-Quality Documentation : Write, edit, and organize complex technical materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability for the intended audience.
- Lead Documentation Projects : Plan, manage, and execute documentation projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and analyze technical information.
- Review and Revise : Conduct thorough reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and industry standards.
- Mentor and Train : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level technical writers, fostering their growth and ensuring consistency in documentation.
- Layout and Design : Oversee formatting and layout of documentation, ensuring professional, user-friendly, and visually appealing outputs.
- Update and Maintain Documentation : Ensure all technical materials are updated to reflect changes in products, processes, or technologies.
- Contribute to Strategy : Participate in the development and refinement of documentation strategies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
REQUIREMENTS :
Expertise in technical writing tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word, and content management systems.
