Benefits :Seksun Texas Inc. manufactures parts for automobile industry. Capacity includes precise tool design and manufacturing, precise stamping, precise CNC processing and surface treatment. We are looking to hire one (1) Automation Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Understand the requirement for the automation, design and develop automated systems / ABB Robotic systems, as well as automated production lines for manufacturing for better productivity and quality improvement.
- Responsible for scoping, designing & maintaining the technological capabilities of the tools to support the End-to-End Global Commercial Sales Organization, including documentation of existing and new systems and procedures, user training resources.
- Assess existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training on new systems and methodologies to all required stakeholders.
- Support other engineers by providing mechatronics designs and improvements in test systems.
- Manage automation vendor implementation.
- Once the sales automation system is installed, the Sales Automation Manager will oversee the strategy, day-to-day execution, and routine improvements of the platform.
- Develop training materials for new leaders and representatives.
- Monitor system performance and communicate issues as appropriate.
- Ensure new programs, incentives, workflows, and other features are loaded timely according to the launch schedule and in coordination with training and communication efforts.
- Perform Quality Assurance Testing of internal and external systems and processes.
- Provide automation budgets, reports and forecasts to management.
- Understand NPIs technical skills in mechanical design and production implementation.
- Design & develop all mechanical / electrical jigs and fixtures.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- At least 3 years experience working in automation.
- Solid understanding of engineering basics.
- Solid experience with assembly lines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong project management and troubleshooting skills.
- Be able to accommodate both short-term deliverables and long-term goals.
