You will be responsible for managing the entire organization from the ground up, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and coordinating with outside organizations to ensure efficiency. You will be under direct supervision of the manager to help manage company growth and organize company events.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise several employees.
- Clarify weekly goals for employees.
- Foster good employee relations.
- Promote teamwork among employees.
- Monitor and inspect the work of employees to ensure that work is done correctly and efficiently.
- Ensure that the business is running profitably.
