Selah Digital is seeking a motivated Marketing Cloud Intern, including those with up to one year of experience, to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves significant involvement in designing, implementing, and managing various facets of our marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The position offers a practical learning experience in email marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign management, coupled with the chance to achieve Salesforce certifications during the review program. Successful candidates may be considered for full-time roles post review.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Support email marketing initiatives through effective audience segmentation and targeted content creation.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated marketing strategies.
- Acquire knowledge on best practices in email deliverability and compliance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in email marketing and marketing automation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience of up to one year in a similar role is also acceptable.
- Strong interest in email marketing and marketing automation.
- Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Robust analytical skills and an inclination to utilize data in decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Notes:
Having a Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification will be considered an advantage.
