This role will focus on Hillsborough county, with a hybrid office / remote schedule. At the start of the role training may be required in the Sarasota office as needed.

Qualifications
Job Summary : The Community Awareness Liaison is responsible for fostering relationships with current and prospective donors to ensure continued support for the organization's mission. This role involves stewarding donor relationships, coordinating communications, and executing strategies that enhance donor engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, personable, and mission-driven individual with a passion for building lasting connections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Donor Stewardship and Engagement :
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with donors, ensuring their continued engagement with the organization.
- Act as a primary point of contact for donors, addressing inquiries, sharing updates, and providing excellent service.
- Create personalized communication plans to recognize donor contributions, including thank-you notes, reports, and event invitations.
- Develop and implement strategies for donor recognition programs, such as naming opportunities or appreciation events.
- Must meet or exceed annual fundraising goals.
