Job Summary:
A leading growth equity and buyout firm is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join as a Private Equity Associate. The firm specializes in cloud software, cybersecurity, and fintech, with over $1 billion in RAUM, and is currently deploying capital from its second fund.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals on all aspects of the deal process, including sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of tech investment banking experience or investment experience.
Private Equity Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or related field preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
