- Payment Handling: Ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time to suppliers and vendors.
- Account Reconciliation: Verify the accuracy of transactions.
- Vendor Relations: Main point of contact for vendors, address billing inquiries, disputes, and payment statuses with vendors.
- Month-End Procedures: Assist in year-end and month-end closing processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
- Industry: MUST HAVE OIL/GAS EXPERIENCE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in processing expense reports.
- Compliance: Background in maintaining compliance with international policies and various tax laws.
