An FSA designation is preferred, but the company is open to considering candidates with an ASA designation as well. Please apply only if you hold an ASA or FSA. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of actuarial experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Recommend experience studies and propose structural, value, or methodology changes for assumptions related to the retail block to the Assumptions Committee.
- Drive the enhancement of departmental processes and analytical capabilities, introducing new analysis techniques where applicable.
- Stay ahead of emerging industry trends, especially those impacting the company's inforce blocks, and integrate this knowledge into assumption reviews.
- Leverage third-party services and surveys to deepen your understanding of emerging experience, particularly when internal experience is less credible.
- Develop detailed management reports on inforce business and collaborate with both actuaries and non-actuaries to investigate and analyze these blocks.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the financial or risk position of the inforce blocks outside of the standard renewal rate setting or repricing.
- Lead and mentor direct reports through iterative report development and in-depth quantitative or qualitative investigations.
- Cultivate team engagement, professional growth, and development, while fostering a risk-aware culture.
- Innovate to create scalable and repeatable processes to optimize team performance.
