Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing industry and market research to assess property performance relative to market and submarket trends.
- Perform detailed financial modeling and analysis to compare property performance against underwriting projections.
- Monitor capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with budget and project timelines.
- Prepare investor presentations and reports for equity partners and stakeholders.
- Assist in due diligence coordination, tracking, and analysis for acquisitions and dispositions.
- Support business plan development, annual asset budgeting, and asset valuation processes.
- Analyze and report on asset performance for internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution of portfolio objectives.
- Engage with investment partners, lenders, brokers, property management companies, and contractors to support asset management strategies.
- Contribute to strategic company initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed.
