We're seeking a dynamic Associate Regional Sales Manager to help expand and support our agency partner network. This role combines relationship management, agency onboarding, and sales support to drive growth and enhance the producer experience.
Identify and onboard high-potential insurance agencies, accelerating their path to production.
Build and strengthen relationships with agency principals and producers through in-person and virtual engagement.
Conduct business reviews to improve efficiency and drive agency growth.
Provide proactive support and troubleshoot partner issues.
Gather insights from producers to enhance our technology and product offerings.
Earn performance-based incentives by driving partner success and business growth.
2-5 years of experience in insurance or B2B SaaS sales/support.
Strong ability to qualify and onboard agency partners while maximizing growth.
Experience managing the full digital B2B product journey (onboarding, training, tech support, billing, etc.).
Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Insurance industry experience, particularly in P&C commercial and habitational, is a plus but not required.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
