I am working with a Multi-Billion Dollar Wholesale Broker, whose looking to bring on Brokers to their team. This candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. In this role, you will report directly to an industry vet as well as work side by side with a team of successful, highly motivated individuals!

• Processing Endorsements : Efficiently manage and process endorsements. This involves meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Bringing in New Business : Proactively seek out and secure new business. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying potential clients and presenting compelling proposals that highlight the value of our services.
• Handling Renewals : Oversee the renewal process with a focus on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is continually enhanced, fostering long-term loyalty.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive team environment. Contribute to a culture of cooperation and mutual respect, where everyone's input is valued and teamwork drives success.
• Marketing Visits : Conduct marketing visits which may involve occasional travel. These visits are crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and for showcasing our offerings in a personal and impactful way.
