An established Private Credit firm based out of Miami, FL, is looking to bring on a Business Development Assistant to their team.
Business Development Assistant Responsibilities :
Assist the Investor Relations and Business Development team in maintaining and nurturing relationships with current and prospective investors
Support the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and other communications
Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events with investors, stakeholders, and key partners
Help with the creation and execution of business development strategies and initiatives
Track investor inquiries, provide timely follow-up, and ensure excellent customer service
Assist with market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and efficient data management
Business Development Assistant Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership, clients, and vendors.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
Familiarity with project management software, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Ability to assist in the management of various projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Experience coordinating logistics for events, meetings, and conferences.
