CMBS Analyst / Trader

An elite hedge fund with $8B AUM is actively seeking a CMBS Analyst to join their team based in New York City. This position offers the unique opportunity for professionals, ranging from 2-10 years' experience within CMBS analysis or trading, who are eager to join a lean / opportunistic strategy.

Role Outline :

  • Be at the forefront of conducting intricate analyses related to Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS).
  • Assist with Trading
  • Collaborate seamlessly with seasoned experts as part of a tightly-knit NYC-based investment management team.

Looking for someone who possesses :

  • Fundamental Analysis : Your ability to evaluate securities through fundamental financial data will be crucial.
  • Trading Acumen : You should have solid experience and understanding when it comes not just investing but also offloading positions effectively.
  • Experience Within Investment Management / Hedge Funds : Prior exposure working within these high-pressure environments
