Principal Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Create and implement a global technology communications strategy to attract and retain top talent.
- Content Creation: Craft engaging content for media relations, digital platforms (social media, videos, web copy), and internal communications.
- Event Collaboration: Partner with HR and technology teams to enhance networking and cultural events.
- Brand Integration: Work with the Branding & Communications team to integrate technology content into firm-wide initiatives.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record
- 5 years of communications experience in-house, preferably for a leading financial services or technology company
- Proactive and self-motivated to solve problems, generate new ideas and drive business initiatives
- Impressive copywriting skills with the ability to turn complicated topics into easily digestible messaging
- Interested in the intersection between finance and technology
- Experience driving communications strategies to reach both external and internal audiences
- Strong executive presence and experience working with senior leadeers
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
