Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist - Sales & Marketing to drive data-driven strategies and optimize business outcomes. This individual will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to enhance client engagement, improve marketing effectiveness, and refine sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data models to analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Utilize machine learning techniques to generate predictive insights that drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges through data analysis.
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Clean, process, and integrate large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure and analytics workflows.
Conduct A / B testing and statistical analyses to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data science capabilities within the firm.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, preferably in financial services or asset management.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Proficiency in working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and A / B testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
