Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Essential Traits:
- Collaborate with a skilled team to automate processes for a comprehensive web-based valuation platform.
- Support release workflows, manage branch access, and enforce code review policies.
- Contribute to the development of our integration testing environment utilizing Docker and a containerized SQL Server setup.
- Assist in building and refreshing our 15 environments to support development efforts.
- Have a strong understanding of backend authentication, validation processes, caching, scaling, and parallelization requirements.
- Apply secure techniques to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
- Automate the provisioning and configuration of new environments.
Essential Traits:
- Proficient in Git version control, including branch management, merging, and pull request handling.
- Experience with Docker containers, diagnosing bugs, and implementing fixes.
- Solid Bash or PowerShell scripting skills.
- Strong understanding of Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Azure DevOps/CLI, Node.js, and Nginx is a plus but not required.
- Well-organized, passionate about technology, and eager to learn and grow.
