Title: Director of Corporate Strategy
Company Summary: We are partnered with a Private Equity backed, global leader in the Consumer Technology space that is looking to add Senior talent to join their growing Strategy team. This role will sit remote with a preference for candidates to sit in Chicago, IL or New York, NY and report directly into the SVP of Corporate Strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies to achieve company goals and drive growth.
- Communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders, including investors, employees, and board members.
- Identify and support diligence efforts for new strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization to drive competitive advantage and long-term success.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Experience in Management Consulting from a top firm.
- Demonstrable experience in leading teams and working cross-functionally.
- Robust experience in the Consumer and Retail space with experience working with top brands.
