Director of Technology & Controls
Our client, a global leader in the fintech payments industry, is seeking a Director for their Technology and Controls department. This growth role aims to strengthen the 1st line control function and drive technological growth. The position focuses on providing support and improvements across technology while collaborating with teams to enhance procedures and controls. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology risk and controls covering core technological competencies (Software Development, Technology Infrastructure and Cloud).
Responsibilities :
- Support Technology and Software Development teams on risk and control
- Execute RCSA (risk and control self-assessment) control testing to verify effectiveness of controls
- Coordinate risk and control information for audits and external reviews
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and collaborate on the enhancement efforts
- Analyze and communicate self-identified issues and remediation plans
