Key Responsibilities:
- Support ESG due diligence and engagement alongside investment teams.
- Develop and manage ESG metrics reporting and content for internal and external audiences.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on ESG initiatives.
- Contribute to thought leadership on ESG engagement and reporting.
- Research and track regulatory trends and industry ESG topics.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Awareness of ESG and reporting frameworks
- Detail-oriented, creative, and independent thinker.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-6 years of experience in financial services, sustainability, or ESG.
- Experience with knowledge management and senior management interaction.
Salary : $115,000
