Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate, Portfolio Management

Position Overview: Our client is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Portfolio Management team. This role will work closely with the Managing Director of Portfolio Management to build out the portfolio management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact with portfolio company senior management
- Manage amendments, waivers, and other loan modifications for portfolio companies
- Underwrite upsize, restructure, and refinance opportunities within the portfolio
- Assist in managing equity investments, including tracking performance, evaluating warrant/convert option positions, and determining selling windows/conditions
- Prepare and review quarterly review materials on each portfolio company
- Develop and track key performance indicators for each portfolio company and the overall portfolio
- Implement portfolio management software systems
- Track key market and competitive intelligence
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- 3-5 years of experience in portfolio management or related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management
- Proficiency in portfolio management software systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
