Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Perform industry and company research to identify potential opportunities
- Assist in the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic recommendations for clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments
