Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our client's Healthcare Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking with significant M&A transaction experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals and collaborate with industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions within the healthcare services space.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal structuring and negotiations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing materials.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage transaction timelines.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop strategic insights and solutions.

Qualifications:
