We are partnering with a growing Tech Boutique located in San Francisco, actively seeking to add an Associate 2 or 3 to their Tech Team. This team is distinguished by its elite bankers who branched off from Bulge Brackets specializing in Software, Fintech, and consumer electronics. They punch above their weight class on deal size and are known for their ability to provide elite boutique service at the middle market level.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of Investment Banking experience (preferably in tech / software)
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
