Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials.
- Develop detailed financial models to support transaction structuring and valuation.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, including pitch books, management presentations, and board materials.

Qualifications:
