They are seeking a talented and driven Vice President to join their Healthcare Investment Banking team in New York City, with a focus on the biopharma sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of complex financial transactions and providing strategic advice to clients in the biopharma industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support biopharma transactions.
- Prepare detailed client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
- Perform due diligence and industry research to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement transaction strategies.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and strategic partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments in the biopharma sector
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on healthcare or biopharma.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
