QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in middle-market M&A and/or capital advisory within the technology sector, with strong client relationship skills and a broad network.
- A history of executing and leading transactions in software, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, fintech, or other technology sectors.
- Over 10 years of investment banking experience, known for work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic culture.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business development by promoting our full range of investment banking services.
- Utilize and expand your relationships in the technology ecosystem to generate and close new deals.
- Lead transactions across various technology subsectors, from initial pitch to closing, showcasing exceptional execution, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Maintain and manage client relationships, advising on corporate finance strategies and communicating complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Mentor junior staff, participate in industry events for exposure, and act as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through high-stakes M&A and capital-raising decisions.
