Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of restructuring transactions, including financial analysis, modeling, and valuation
- Conduct industry and company research to support restructuring strategies
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and senior management
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex financial challenges
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Investment Banking Analyst experience
- Leveraged Finance experience preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
