Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of sell-side M&A transactions, including managing key aspects of the deal process.
- Prepare and deliver detailed financial analyses and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate internal and external resources during due diligence and transaction processes.
- Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company-specific research to support deal strategy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with established and prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Investment Banking.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience in sell-side M&A transactions.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
