The Investor Relations Analyst will be responsible for:

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and other financial communications.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support investor relations activities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain and update investor relations materials, including the company's website and investor presentations.
• Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Respond to inquiries from investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives.

The Investor Relations Analyst should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment principles.
