Job Title: Kubernetes Engineer - Hedge Fund
Location: Dallas, TX, hybrid | Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $175,000 - $250,000 base plus discretionary bonus

A leading hedge fund leveraging advanced technology for trading and research is seeking a Kubernetes Platform Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem environments.
- Automate infrastructure using Python, Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of containerized workloads.
- Support, and grow the firms compute platform leveraging cutting edge technologies and techniques.
- Collaborate with quants and engineers to enhance trading infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5 years of Kubernetes experience in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Strong Python development skills
- Expertise in Helm, Terraform, ArgoCD, and container security.
- Experience with networking, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and service mesh.
- Finance or high-performance computing (HPC) experience is a plus
