My client, a software development company headquartered in Westford, MA is looking to bring on a Payroll Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect employee payroll data from HR
- Reflect payroll information on Excel templates
- Review preliminary payroll reports from providers
- Collect final reports and follow up on 3rd party payments to the local Tax and Social Security Authorities, Pension Funds, and Insurance providers
- Manage Payroll Mailbox
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in ADP applications
- 2-6 years of experience managing outsourced payroll administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Payroll Processing
- Experience managing multiple payrolls a week
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
