Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and launch new products and enhancements.
- Draft policy forms and handle marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support leadership in growth strategies.
- Conduct market research and monitor product effectiveness.
- Lead training sessions and cross-departmental projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of insurance industry experience (preferably commercial lines).
- Experience in drafting policy language and launching products.
- Underwriting or regulatory compliance experience.
- Creative, curious, and detail-oriented.
